ALS O we order and fay, that from henceforth, ' when any Person or Persons, snail complain at any Great Barmote Court, for want of Company and ChaN ges; that such Complainants shall have a just Bill of Charges (if such can be had) annexed to the Bill of Complaint; which the Twenty-Four shall have Power, or at least he or they shall declaie upon his or their Oaths, to the Grand Jury or Twenty-Four, the' gross Sum or Sums of Money at such Grove or Groves, where such Part-Owners are complained against, for.want of Company and Charges as the faid Part-Ow ners shall be behind in Arrear; which Sum or Sums, shall be set down in the Order or Verdict of the Grand Jury or Twenty-Four, and if such Sum or Strins be not paid into the respective Bar-master's rlands, (sot she Vse of the said Complainants) within ten Dayi Warning given them; then the Bar-master may, and ihall deliver Possession according to the faid Order ' But if the Person or Persons complained against, or Jheir Agents, be not refident wkhin the Soak and Waintake ot PVirhsmrth, or if upon. diligent Enquiry made by the Bar-master, within Twenty Days after the faid Order to him delivered, that filch Person or Persons cannot be found to be refident, nor his Agents as aforefaid; thar then (in such Case) the Bar-master may take with him one or more ot the Grand Jury or Twenty-Four, and go to the Grove of Groves, Meare or Meares of Ground, where such Company and Charge are wanting, and there in the Mineral Time of the Day. openly declare, that such Person or Persons shall come in and keep Company, and pay such Charges as are contained in the faidOrder within ten Days after, or iofe his or their Part or Parts.--i And it luch Charges; be not paid ..
